Discounts:
- Student Discount: Students 18 and under will automatically receive a $5.00 discount for 5K and 10K events.
- Group Discount: Registrations of 4 or more at the same time will automatically receive a 5% discount off the total.
- Discounts apply to registrations beginning 11/1/2025.
Note on pricing: Effective 7/1/2024, SB478 (also known as the Honest Pricing Law) requires that all pricing displayed is inclusive of mandatory processing fees.

Once you are registered, you can expect to receive a few emails from us explaining all the details.

WHAT
EVENTS? |
We have four events:
For participants’ safety, bibs must be worn while on the course. Only those with bibs are allowed on the course. Only those with a Mini Run bib will be allowed on the Mini Run course. Two-year-old participants may be accompanied by one parent/guardian.

HOW
MUCH? |
Participants under 12 years old as of race day, will receive $5.00 off at checkout (after early bird pricing ends, applies to 5K and 10K events only).
5% discount for registrations of 4 or more at the same time.

T-SHIRTS?
|
Of Course! Mini, Friendship, 5K & 10K registration includes a short-sleeved cotton shirt and a souvenir medal.
10K Adults receive a long-sleeved tech shirt. Virtual Runners may optionally order a shirt.
We encourage you to sign up by September 15, 2024 and pick up your shirt early at one of our pre-race packet pickups for the best chance of receiving the shirt size and type you would like. |

WHERE WILL
THE MONEY GO? |
The San Ramon Valley Education Foundation works in collaboration with the San Ramon Valley Unified School District to fund priority initiatives within our schools, such as district level grants, STEAM programs, professional learning, and individual teacher grants.

FUNDRAISING?
|
Every registration automatically generates a fundraising page.
By sharing their personal page with their family and friends, every participant can use their fundraising page to raise money that directly support their school.
All revenue raised via personal fundraising pages will be split as follows:
All funds raised on fundraising team pledge pages not affiliated with SRVUSD schools will be considered donations to SRVEF. SRVEF funds District-wide initiatives that benefit all students.

RESULTS?
|
The 5K and 10K will both be timed. After the race, you will be able to print a certificate.
