Pine Valley Middle School

Celebrate and kick off the fall with magical spirit and loads of fun!  Family, friends and neighbors are invited to enjoy new food from local resturants and food trucks, music, crafts and henna.

There will be food stations, an Espresso station, boba, Menchies, snack shack, family games, arts/ crafts, music, henna artist, and a bangles stall. There will be wristbands to purchase for $20 which include unlimited games, arts/crafts, henna, face painting, and 1 ticket for cake walk.  You do not have to be a Pine Valley MS student to purchase a ticket, family and friends are welcome. ALL are welcome with wristband.

Buying Options

• You can buy Fest wristbands and tickets via Future Fund. We will have a table outside the office during lunch for purchasing wristbands as we approach the fest. Wristbands will be given to the students who pre-pay through the future fund store. Don't miss on the morning announcements. 

• Students can get cash/check to purchase the wristbands during lunch time outisde office . 

• We recommend carrying cash for food stations, snack, and beverages.

Wristbands and Tickets will also be on sale on 4th November.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

To make our events successful, we do need your help with volunteering and bringing a bake good for the cake walk, decor  items and packed snacks.  In addition to parent volunteers, our leadership students at Pine Valley will be on hand to assist.  We want everyone to be able to enoy the carnival with their kids and therefore, we have volunteer times for one hour. The responsibility of the parent is to make sure each child has a wrsitband and 1 ticket. Ensuring the safety of  students, school property and PTA belongings is topmost priority. Every family can buy more than 1 wristabnd and 1 cake walk ticket.

Please leave food/snack/decor items donations in front office by 11/2 or before. If you plan on choreographing a dance please email at pinevalleymiddleschool@gmail.com by 10/18 with music, type of dance, name of students with grade. 

High School dance teams are welcome to perform dances. CAL High leadership is welcome to help at the fest and gain volunteer hours.
